What We're Building
A 4-6 week sprint to add analytics and onboard new organizations
Analytics Pipeline
Collect engagement data from Bot Army (conversations, leads) and Web Garden (page views, traffic). Store in PostgreSQL with privacy-safe practices. Real production data for volunteer learning.
Client Dashboards
Simple, actionable metrics for each business. "47 conversations this week" • "Top questions: pricing, hours, services" • "3 leads submitted contact forms"
Privacy Practices
Volunteers learn real-world data handling. Names, emails, chat messages = PII. Aggregated data only - no raw PII. PIPEDA compliant.
Our Mission
We provide free AI chatbots and websites to local Calgary businesses who can't afford $200/month agencies. Now we're adding an analytics layer to help these businesses understand their customer engagement - while teaching volunteers privacy-safe data handling practices.
This is a 4-6 week micro-project through Data for Good Calgary, led by Eugene with a team of 5 committed volunteers.
